Cedar Log Hive Stand for a single hive 24 inch. This log stand will give your hive a unique look. It keeps your hives 8 inches above your hive.
What is the purpose of a hive stand?
A hive stand is a platform designed to provide the optimal environment for beekeeping. Its key purpose is to keep the hive off of damp ground and away from vegetation that may block its entrance. Additionally, it provides a stable, adjustable level surface for the heavy honey supers in order to maximize beehive production during good seasons. Finally, there's sufficient space on one side of each hive stand so that frames removed during inspections don’t break or damage other beehive components.
These cedar log stands can come in single, double or triple for your expanding apiary just call if you are interested in the double or triple stands.
