We recommend bringing protective gear when picking up bees. 

Transportation concerns are your responsibility. We do recommend you pick up in the evening.

Optimal conditions is putting bees in back of pickup with tiedown straps you may want to have a netting to cover the bees especially when picking up with car transport.
